In just four short years, a young woman has swapped her fresh-faced look for an extreme appearance that has left some people feeling "scared".

now looks utterly different to the blue-eyed blonde she was not all that long ago. The 31-year-old has swapped her subtle glam style for a series of b including head-to-toe body ink, which has more or less blacked out the entirety of her upper body.

Her once sparkling baby blues have also been coloured with pitch black ink, which matches her thigh-length raven hair, while a pair of horn implants now sprout from her forehead.while her earlobes and upper ears have also been cut away.

She has however, saved which she has, to the horror of many TikTok followers, had chopped off.

In an interview with street artist Devon Rodriguez, which she shared via , Toxii revealed that her nose amputation was far more painful than getting her horn implants, adding that it took around "eight weeks" to heal from the surgery. And even though her nose is no longer on her face, Toxii still keeps it around. She told Devon: "I have all my body parts, in like little jars."

Toxii, who is originally from Belgium, also opened up about why she's decided to opt for such an alternative route, explaining: "I like to be imperfect and I think that imperfections make you unique."

As well as the significant modifications to her face, Toxii has also gone as far as to modify her most intimate parts, and has undergone —a permanent body modification procedure whereby the skin is cut, burned or branded in such a way that creates textured or raised scars.

Although Toxii appears to be happy with the changes she's made, not everybody approves of her transformation. Speaking with Need To Know, Toxii told of how she's had to grow a thick skin to deal with the criticism, admitting: "Sometimes people are scared."

This is evidenced in some of the concerned comments left on her social media accounts, with one person writing: "You were so beautiful before. What on Earth made you do this to yourself?"

Another agreed: "I don’t understand how you can make these mods in such a short time. I think these decisions are best made over a longer period - it gives the body, mind, and soul time to adjust to the change and make a healthy choice on continuing. This quick impulsiveness breeds discontent and regret."

Others, however, have been impressed by Toxii's unique appearance, with a third person approvingly remarking: “The perfect woman does exist."

Despite some of the negative feedback she's experienced, Toxii hasn't been deterred, and it would appear this is far from the end of her cosmetic journey. She has promised: “I have many more to come."
